Item 2: Brief History Kerby Construction was licensed in 1965. Kerby Construction has offered masonry and excavating of commercial and residential properties including large additions on Mitchell Bentley Corporation/Continental Industries. The company installed 3 miles of water main through Thompsonville and did the site work and installed the alternating siphon system at The Bluff Condos in Frankfort.

1. Shop-N-Save, Beulah Michigan

The Shop-N-Save sewer consisted of removing the old field and approximately 8' of old saturated fill beneath the old field. We replaced it with approximately 1600 yds. of sand, and then constructed a new 4840 sq. ft. field. We installed 2-1600 gal. grease traps and hooked the existing 2" force main.
2. Crystal Drive, Beulah, Michigan
Cost-$14,000
This project consisted of installing a 1250D lank and 500 gal. pump chamber at a single home residence on the Lake side of Crystal Dr. We bored the road with a 3" sleeve, installing 200' 2" SDR21 across Crystal Dr. On the north side of Crystal Dr. trees were cleared to make room for a 900 sq. ft. low pressure system. The system consisted of 60 ARC 24" chambers with 1 1/2" spray bars. A pump was installed to pump up to 36 ft. of head.
3. Frankfort, Michigan
Cost- $8,500
This project consists of installing a 1600D tank and a 1200 gal. single tank along with a 1350 sq. ft. field.
